Financial Services, Speaker and Coach

Management is difficult. Self-management is, for many people, MORE difficult. Financial advisors and other professionals face a weekly problem:

More Opportunities And Challenges Than Available Time

Time management experts offer a wide variety of solutions to help you take advantage of the opportunities and resolve the challenges. Consider three simple lists that will help you make this week productive, profitable, and fulfilling:

  1. Your Top Three Successes From Last Week. Why did they matter? What was the outcome? What are your next steps? What have you done to show your gratitude?
  2. Your Best 12 Prospects. How can you get them to say “YES!”? What needs to be done this week to get them to take the next step? What is the ideal outcome this week?  Set aside time daily to realize these opportunities. Call a MINIMUM of 3 per day, and ask them to take action. Move them forward or move them off the list. Then add your next three best prospects to the list.
  3. Three Projects To Complete This Week. Select projects that will grow revenue, provide value, or make you more effective. What has to be done this week? Who can help you? What time needs to be allocated to these projects and when will they be completed? Who has the ball?

Three simple lists; they can help you make this week your best ever!
