I worked with them in Wisconsin and Illinois in the early 1990s giving presentations to various groups. During that time I gave over 300 presentations. It was a wonderful experience and helped me in my career. I think Dan lived in southern Ca. and Ken lived further north, some where around Oakland, I believe. Paul Hunt Hi Michael,
